Andy Dolce


As the co-founder and chairman of Meet Hospitality, Andy brings decades of wisdom from the meetings and conferences realm.  Andy was the founder and chairman emeritus of Dolce Hotels and Resorts which sold to Wyndham Hotels and Resorts in 2015. Andy is admired as a pioneer in the meetings and conference industry for elevating meetings and events at hotels to reflect clients needs for creativity and learning. Born and raised in New York City, he received a B.A. from Iona College and M.S. from Cornell University.  He serves on the Board of Trustees for Iona College and Stockton University.

Meet the Team: Sara Schiller


Sara is the co-founder and CEO of Meet Hospitality. Prior to starting Meet she was an SVP of Real Estate Marketing at Starwood Hotels where she developed the brand strategy for the nine Starwood Brands.  From her experiences, she used her vision and passion to be the first to create intimate and dedicated meeting space that felt as warm and hospitable as a hotel stay.  As co-founder of Wooster Collective, Sara is an aficionado on Street Art and is on the Board of Advisors for the Brooklyn Museum. Sara spent time as a management consultant and has her MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business.

Meet the Team: Paul Dolce

Chief Operating Officer

Paul joined Meet Hospitality as COO after holding the position of Managing Director of Conference Centers for The Wyndham Hotel Group.  Prior, Paul was the Vice President of Conference Hotels where he was responsible for the operating performance and management contracts of the Dolce Conference Hotel division.  Paul brings his keen operational foresight and natural inclination for genuine hospitality to the Meet Hospitality executive team.

Frank Fusco

Financial Analyst & Controller

Frank is Meet Hospitality Financial Analyst and Controller.  Frank was a financial analyst for Dolce Hotels and Resorts focusing on financial pro forma models, performance analysis and due diligence. In addition to Dolce, Frank has been a hotel controller for Sofitel, Denihan Hospitality Group and Marriot Hotels.

Meet Our Sales Team

Kristin Wilderman Meet Hospitality Director of Sales Development

Kristin is currently Meet Hospitality’s Director of Sales Development. Before joining Meet Hospitality, Kristin owned and operated her own firm, The Wilderman Group, which provides hospitality management, sales, task force,  and consulting services. She also held on-property sales positions with Doral Arrowood and Destination Hotels. Kristin brings a wide range of industry and market experiences to her work with Meet Hospitality and shares her contagious spirit of discovering new business opportunities.

Lila Hertz

Lila joins Meet Hospitality as Area Sales Manager after years of diverse roles in the events industry.  Her involvement in opening various venues in multiple cities across the United States proves her determination to excel in any given opportunity. Lila’s ‘can-do’ attitude is brought to Meet Hospitality and proves she will go above and beyond to make sure each client is satisfied every step along the way creating memorable experiences.

Olivia Revson

Olivia is the Area Sales Manager at Meet Hospitality.  She has over six years of sales experience in the hospitality industry in both big-brand and boutique hotels and holds a Master of Arts degree in Italian Studies.  Olivia brings her positive attitude and knack for market research to the team.  She is a native New Yorker.

Meet Our Operations Team

Danielle Link

Danielle joined the Meet Hospitality team in 2018 as Conference Services Planning Manager and is now the Director of Operations of Meet on Madison. With a history of working at galleries and other fine art institutions, she’s aligned with Meet Hospitality’s mission of utilizing contemporary art to foster creativity and individuality. Her refined attention to detail and ability to multi-task allows Danielle to always stay one step ahead, ensuring client’s needs are met and meeting goals achieved.

Jerry Saduto

Jerry took on the role of Director of Operations for Meet on Broadway in 2019. He has spent 25 plus years in the hospitality industry, specializing in food, beverage, meetings, and events. In addition, Jerry is a certified sommelier and loves discovering new wines for his clients.

As Director of Operations, Jerry is a skilled operator and has strong business acumen in driving profitability and managing expenses. He’s an enthusiastic, hospitality-focused person whose drive is to provide unique memorable guest experiences. Jerry also supports Meet Hospitality with new project development.

Nesli Goldberg

Nesli Goldberg is a multifaceted professional with a rich career history in the hospitality industry. Nesli joined the Meet Hospitality team in 2021 to oversee the operations for the Water Tower Lounge, by Meet Hospitality- a high-end amenity center located within 540 Madison Avenue. Goldberg specializes in the management, planning, and execution of events for high-revenue clientele culled from her experiences at Michelin Star restaurants and 5-Star hotels. 

Personally, she places a strong emphasis on teamwork, personal development, and positivity. Nesli is extremely passionate about helping those around her better themselves every day.

Meet Our Meeting Experience Managers

Raymundo Muniz


Raymundo joins Meet as our Meetings Experience Manager. Raymundo studied and obtained his degree in Hotel Management in his home country, Mexico. After living in Cancun and Riviera Maya and working in luxury hotels as a sales manager, he decided to move to NY and embark on a new personal and professional adventure. Raymundo loves getting lost in the City and discovering new places that are best-kept-secrets. Raymundo is fluent in Spanish!

Claudia Gonzalez


Claudia is an old soul with a modern outlook.  She fantasizes about living life in the 1960’s and 70’s while simultaneously ensuring her gratitude for the modern advances of independent females in this century.  As a native New Yorker, she never tires of the international mecca that distinguishes her hometown.  She fully embraces that New York City is the epicenter for where people come to share their creativity and passion around music, art and culture.  This natural passion in sharing ideas help guests at Meet embrace the inspiration.

Ravi Roth


Ravi has been a venue manager at Meet for the last 3 years. He has his own gay travel show called Ravi Round The World and has been to 27 countries. He is also an actor currently in the world premier musical ‘A Letter To Harvey Milk’. His sense for adventure and authenticity stemmed from his upbringing in “cow country, PA.”

Gideon Pianko


Gideon, a true New Yorker, joined the Meet team as an Operations Coordinator with his hardworking and friendly personality. Gideon studied technical theatre at Pace University and continued his passion for acting by becoming a part of the acting program Epic. Prior to starting at Meet, he worked in accounting for Duggal printing.
