“I am writing to thank you for hosting us this weekend, and to shower praise on the stupendous staff that helped make our event so spectacular. We had some significant floor plan “choreography” to execute, and they made it so simple! Not to mention, my sister and I are accustomed to cleaning up after all the conference faculty and attendees, but we barely had a chance to pick up an abandoned mug — the staff members were like magical cleaning elves, whisking clutter and refuse away before it could even really be seen. We were never without hot, fresh coffee and plenty of hot water. Best of all, the team helped us get our leftover pizzas to the Bowery Mission after lunch, which was just the most excellent end to a great afternoon. When I asked for a last-minute floor plan change for our Saturday afternoon activities, it was handled not just quickly and efficiently — but with a smile. I feel like our event has found our home for as long as we keep running it; I really can’t imagine a better place for us.”
